Delivery & Shipping
Can my order be delivered to Arizona Ground Hounds for pick-up (when I'm picking-up a puppy)?
Yes! If you are picking-up a puppy at Arizona Ground Hounds and would like to pick-up your order at the same time, at check-out select a Shipping Method of "Delivery to Arizona Ground Hounds". Your order will be waiting for you at puppy pick-up!
However, it's very important that you advise us of your arranged puppy pick-up date. This must be done while in your CART (if you're at the check-out screen, click the icon to go back to your cart). Enter the date in the ORDER SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS box.
As well, to ensure delivery on time, you must order at least 72 hours prior to your pick-up date.

How do I determine what size WeenSling I need?
The "Regular" size WeenSling should comfortably fit someone 5' 8" or less. If you have a large chest, long torso, or are taller, then the "Long" size will fit best.
If you measure using a measuring tape from the top of your shoulder (where the shoulder seam on a shirt is) to the top of your hip on the opposite side (which is where the opening of the sling will be & the puppy pouch will fall below that):
- The Regular size sling will be 34" from the shoulder to the opening of the sling.
- The Long size sling will be 38" from the shoulder to the opening of the sling.
If you need a different length sling, or assistance determining your size, please contact us and we'd be happy to assist you.
What are the pet mats, what can they be used for, and what are their dimensions?
Pet mats are rugs made from 100% cotton fabric.
They can be used for many purposes, including:
- Feeding mats for food and/or water bowls
- Napping or sleeping mats (floor, kennel, desk, on top of a pet bed, car, etc)
- Cutting down on muddy paw prints in the house
- Litter tracking mat outside of litter box
- Tell us what you use yours for! We'd love to know and see a picture!
Dimensions of the pet mats by size: (WxH - where Width is the measurement from left to right & Height is from top to bottom):
- Small: 20" W by 14" H
- Medium: 36" W by 23" H
- Large: 43" W by 29" H
Note that measurements are approximate and may vary by 1-2" in Width and/or Height).
Pet mats are machine washable, and should be air dried by laying on a flat surface. It is ok to press/steam the mat for it to lay flat after drying.
Can I place a custom order?
Yes! Customization is available for all products depending on the request and time frame when needed.
Contact us to discuss fabric selection and/or custom sizing, as well as pricing and payment.
The base price for any customization of a product will include the standard product price (for the same size product) as well as an additional flat charge to coordinate and plan the customization. This may include a custom sized pattern, and/or time spent finding and acquiring custom fabric.
Additionally, depending on the customization desired additional charges may apply, in addition to the standard product price. This could include items like additional fabric to accommodate a custom size, the fabric selected may cost more per yard than the standard product, the product may take additional time to make, and/or shipping/handling fees may be incurred to acquire the fabric selected.
Once you’ve contacted us to discuss your custom request and the approximate cost, an order and invoice will be created for you for payment. Payment in full for customized orders will be required before any additional time is spent, and any supplies and/or fabric is acquired for your order.
